Lickhill Manor Caravan Park occupies some 65 acres circling the 17th century manor house alongside the River Severn, a short riverside stroll from Stourport-on-Severn.

Lickhill Manor offers restful relaxation amongst mature deciduous and evergreen tree lined avenues.

Due to the quiet nature of the park, caravan holiday home ownership is best suited to families without children under the age of 16 years, but grandchildren, nephews, nieces, etc, are welcome to visit. The level terrain provides easy access for people of all walking abilities.

Open all year for holiday occupation, with the benefit of double glazing and central heating you can comfortably use your holiday home during the Winter.

Connections to all services; electricity and gas are individually metered, telephone connection is available. Satellite dishes are permitted provided they are visually unobtrusive.

Choose from private fenced gardens to cultivate as you wish, or easy maintenance open gardens where we mow lawns.

We are open for Touring Caravans, Trailer Tents, Motor Homes and Tents.

Pitches may be booked on a Monthly, Weekly and Nightly basis throughout the year.

Pitches are available with or without electric hook-ups, some pitches have drainage, water hook-ups and hard standings. Motor home waste disposal point, and chemical toilet waste points.

For families we have caravan and camping pitches ideally situated in close proximity to our two exciting children's play parks.

Superb washroom graded 5 stars by both Visit Britain and the 2008 Loo of the Year Awards. Free hot showers, private washing cubicles, crockery and pan wash up, restful background music. Fully appointed disabled persons washroom including wheelchair shower with seat, lever operated taps and emergency alarm pulls.

Prior bookings are required for Bank Holidays, July, August and the first week of September. Booking is advised for all other times.

Please note that Bank Holiday bookings must be for a minimum of 3 nights.

Pitches for Seasonal Tourers

We have seasonal touring pitches (1st April/Easter - 30th September), all of which have electric hook up points, many also have individual stand taps and drainage. Awnings are permitted throughout the season.

Pitches can be reserved by paying a deposit any time after the 15th September. Current pitch occupiers have preference on their particular position, provided they re-book before 10th September.

Please note that seasonal pitches are not available to families with children under the age of 16 years.

Lickhill Manor Caravan Park is a popular Rally destination, with the majority of visiting clubs rebooking regularly or returning annually.

We have considerable experience in accommodating rallies from 10 to 250 units. The rally field is level, well drained and in a picturesque position alongside the River Severn.

The rally field. is serviced by 68 ten amp electric hook-ups, 6 water stand taps and a chemical toilet waste disposal point. Electricity is available for marquee lighting, central facilities etc.

Adjacent to the rally field are washroom facilities with, W.C.s, washbasins, showers (no charge for hot water), electric razor points, hand and hair dryers, as well as a public telephone.

We hold fishing rights on the River Severn - Park fishing permits are available at £3.00 per week/part week There is access to the river for the launching of small boats and dinghies.

The Park is only a ten minute walk along the riverbank, from the holiday resort town of Stourport-on-Severn, where there is a wide choice of Public Houses, eating places and visitor attractions.

Near to the Park entrance, there is a 7 day a week shop selling most essential items.

If you require a function room, then there is a skittle alley available for hire 3 miles away at The Talbot at Hartlebury (01299 250657). The nearby Community Hall may be hired through Paul Williams (01299 871812). For a night out with a difference you could hire a steamboat on the Severn, contact the Stourport Steamer Company (01299 871177).

Over the years Lickhill Manor Caravan Park has been recognised by the English Tourist Board for being a top quality park, receiving many '5 tick' and '5 star' awards.

These awards are given for the high quality and maintenance of the park's facilities.

The park holds a Gold Award from internationally renowned environmentalist David Bellamy in recognition of ongoing conservation efforts which include: Forming of pools to encourage a variety of water fowl,

Placing of many bird and bat boxes,

Creation of wildlife habitats for diverse animal & plant life,

Planting of over 2000 trees and shrubs,

Recycling facilities for glass, cans, tins and newspapers.

Efficient use of energy and water resources.

The Touring and Camping field washrooms at Lickhill Manor Caravan Park have recently been awarded the prestigious "Loo of the Year Award" National Category Winner for 2011, for being the best washroom facilities judged on a caravan park in England.

Lickhill Manor Caravan Park holds a 5 star Loo of the Year Award in recognition of the excellent washroom facilities at the touring field, only 45 holiday and caravan parks in England currently hold a 5 star award.

The Park has over 3/4 mile of river frontage on the Severn, of which 1/2 mile is available for fishing from specially constructed platforms, offering excellent Coarse Fishing opportunities. In recent years there have been some splendid examples of Barbell, Chub, Roach, Perch and Tench.

Fishing permits must be purchased at the reception for use of the Park's waters, the charge for which is £3.00 per person per week/part week or £15.00 for the season/part season. Fishing/river licence must be purchased in the usual way.

We have an earth slipway suitable for the launching of small boats dinghies and canoes, also 1/4 mile of riverbank available for the permanent mooring of larger boats. Park Areas: 1.
