Hill View Park Leisure and Fishing Lakes is set in the perfect location to explore the Lincolnshire coast and countryside. A few minutes drive from Chapel St Leonard's and the bustling seaside town of Skegness and within easy reach of the Lincolnshire coastline that boasts some of the finest Blue Flag beaches on the east coast.
The main market town Alford is well worth a visit, as is Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve which covers 3 miles of coast from Skegness to the Wash. This internationally renowned nature reserve is framed for its important habitats and during a visit you are sure to come across a number of different wildlife species.
In addition to Chapel St Leonard's and Skegness, a short drive away is Mablethorpe and Ingoldmells where you will find plenty to do. All the resorts offer a wide range of amenities including bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Ingoldmells is also home to Europe's largest indoor market open 7 days per week.

We have a wide selection of pitches, all with private parking, and many with spectacular waterfront views. Buying a holiday home has never been so attractive.

Hill View Park - Lincolnshire's premier fishing complex is perfect for pleasure and match anglers of all ages and only a short distance away from Chapel St Leonard's and Skegness.
Our two beautiful lakes and large ponds are renowned for their excellent stock of mature carp up to 28lbs, perch and bream up to 5lb and Roach and Rudd weighing in excess of 2lbs.
Set in picturesque landscaped grounds our lakes and ponds are designed with anglers in mind. The 24 peg Meadowbank match lake has been left to mature for six years and is now in its prime with plentiful stocks of silver fish and carp.
Day tickets can be bought on-site
Pleasure anglers can also choose from Willow Lake or Raynor's Pond.
Open from March to December, seven days per week from 7:00am to 9:00pm (or dawn till dusk). Parking is available close to the lakes/ponds for easy access.
Our rules are simple - Bait bans in force (check for details). All nets must be dipped and barbless hooks must be used.
Catering for all tastes, the fully-licensed Waterfront Café Bar offers simple good wholesome food. Our menu includes a traditional range of British classics, pasta and vegetarian options. In addition to our menu we have daily specials.
Why not enjoy a lunchtime or evening meal in perfect surroundings, taking in the stunning views of the Willow lake in the summer sunshine on the patio, or curled up on the comfy sofas in front of the log burning stove in the winter.
Due to the popularity of our Sunday Carvery booking is strongly advised. Renowned for it's warm and friendly atmosphere and excellent service, the Waterfront Café Bar is an experience not to be missed. Open to the general public. Take away service also available.
