Please correct the mistakes below:

Balck Beck is a lovely site which caters for static caravans as well as tourers on two pitches. It is a five star site in appearance but not in the way the company manages it. I have been the owner of two static caravans on the site since 2011 but think this will be probably my last year there. Many of the owners of the static vans visit during the week but go home on a Friday evening before the teenagers arrive . They also seldom visit during school holidays or bank holidays as during these times the site is rather noisy in the evenings with groups of teenagers congregating at the junctions of the roads and shouting and screaming until late. If you are coming invest in some ear plugs , they do help as the staff are never around in the park in the evening unless it is an emergency, The company is not a member of any trade association so caravan owners are a the mercy of the company when it comes to fixing the annual fees and this year the rise is in excess of 6% . If you decide to sell your caravan you have two choices, sell it to the site owner or remove it as you cannot sell it on site . My two caravans have depreciated between 60% and 70 % in the short time I have owned them Had they been bought on finance I would be in negative equity.for them both, as it is, if I sell them now I will have lost almost £17,000 plus I will have paid in excess of £15, 000 in site fees, a very expensive holiday facility. Once you have bought one you lose all control of the fees charged and the eventual value of the caravan. If you really want a static van then I would recommend you only buy from a site which is a member of one of the two trade associations,
