Delivery Options Available
Royal Mail First Class The package will be sent by Second Class Royal Mail. This should take between 2 to 4 working days to be delivered after dispatch in England, Wales & Southern Scotland. Other areas should receive the package 3 to 5 days after dispatch. This is an expected timeframe not guaranteed.

The package will be sent by First Class Royal Mail. This should take one working day to be delivered after dispatch in England, Wales & Southern Scotland. Other areas should receive the package 2 days after dispatch. This is an expected timeframe not guaranteed.
We cannot currently support delivery to Europe.
Price for each shipping cost is determined by adding the weight of all the items in your basket together.
If a package is returned to Caravan Owners Club because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the carriage is not refundable.
If your parcel has been sent by Royal Mail and you haven’t received it then please first contact your local sorting office before contacting us. Royal Mail DO NOT always leave a card at your delivery address and will hold on to the package at the sorting office for up to 2 weeks before returning it to us. If your package was sent by First Class then Royal Mail do not class a package as lost until 15 working days after dispatch and we cannot resend a package until this time has elapsed.

Payment will be taken utilising PayPal, either through the buyers account or utilising there transacting service
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake for you.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we confirm and dispatch the product(s). We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

2nd Class Royal Mail UK mainland delivery is £3.95 per order upto 2.00KG and £6.95 from 2.00KG upto 5.00KG
1st Class Royal Mail UK mainland delivery is £4.95 per order upto 2.00KG and £7.95 from 2.00KG upto 5.00KG
We do not offer shipping outside the UK Mainland
Most items are always in stock so we will deliver your order right away. You should normally receive your order in 3 to 5 working days. We will tell you if there will be a delay. If there is an unexpected delay of over 7 days please contact us to rectify any problem.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or incorrectly described by us.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum the extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
