Bullet Polish Europe Ltd is a family run business which was set up in December 2010 following a road trip through America by my wife Stella & I in our 35ft RV named GUS. We visited 26 States & 13,000 miles. In October 2010 we returned home to England with this brilliant product.We had no intentions of starting a new venture when we came home however upon trying to purchase more of this wonderful Bullet Polish we found that it was not for sale outside of the U.S.A. & Canada. We phoned the then owners Al & Kim Meyer and asked if we could buy some? He asked whether we would like to sell it in Europe as he did not think to? We said yes not knowing where it would lead us. Our son Jon, the marketer, said "Do you know what you have just done?" "Getting a new brand & product format to market? I said "No but I'll soon learn son" The rest is about to be history.

We at Bullet endevour to post out your products on the day you place your order and because we post out usually First Class this means you usually get your products the next day, weather permitting.

For international orders please contact us for a delivery price. This will be quoted on an order by order basis. I haven't got my order? If your parcel has been sent by Royal Mail and you haven’t received it then please first contact your local sorting office before contacting us. Royal Mail DO NOT always leave a card at your delivery address and will hold on to the package at the sorting office for up to 2 weeks before returning it to us. If your package was sent by First Class or First Class Signed then Royal Mail do not class a package as lost until 15 working days after dispatch and we cannot resend a package until this time has elapsed.

If your package is sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Interlink Express you will be sent a tracking number in the dispatch email so that you can track your package.

If a package is returned to us for any reason then we will contact you as soon as we receive it back to us.

Terms & Conditions We accept most major credit and debit cards or you can pay online using Paypal. If you do not wish to pay online, you can call us on 01886 821330 and we will process your order for you. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake for you. When placing your order the postage is calculated on the individual weights of each product and is automatically calculated in accordance with Royal mail pricing.

Delivery Schedule: Most items are always in stock so we will dispatch your order usually on the day you purchase it. You should normally receive your order in 1 to 3 working days and packages usually get to you the next day. We will tell you if there will be a delay. It Hasn’t arrived yet? Please notify us within two working days after we have confirmed dispatch if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Returns Policy: Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
