Blocked Sink?

Kitchen sink water either swirls away or is slow drain away. Under pressure of a hose there is not a problem therefore there is no blockage in the pipes. Can't seem to sort this one out? I have also cleaned the pipes out with soda crystals and hot water. Fine for a hour or so then appears blocked again. I guess the problem lies in a 90 degree bend? Any suggestions?

I know this may sound daft but try adjusting the level of the van slightly in the direction the pipes go it may just help, as if there was a blockage it would be there all the time.

Sorted.... Waste pipe had come off of a fitting which effectively had the water going up hill! Took a while to track back from outlet but we finally won!

Why is it the daftest of things cause most confusion? Been caravanning a good while and never seen anything as silly as this....

I have a similar problem, but I deliberately set my van slightly nose down because the shower drain is at the front of the tray so I tilt forward to get the water to drain properly from that. I did look at moving the drain from the rear of the van to the side. I believe some have done this with success, it shortens the flow length of the pipe and the tilt of the van does not affect it so much
