Please correct the mistakes below:

I brought our caravan last year from border forest holiday park advertised as a 2005 model but have since found out is's year is 2001, the park are telling me that is because it year is when it has first been registered on a park, is this the case or not there have no paperwork backing up this story, i was told horror story's about small run family park's wish i took notice once this van is gone i will never stay in one again, no trust in uk holiday park's

You may have a case under the former Trade Descriptions Act. Have a look at http://www.ask.com/question/what-is-the-trade-description-act-1968

The description of the van you bought formed the basis of your contract.
As the van was advertised as a 2005 model and subsequentaly turned out to be a 2001 model the van was not as advertised.
Contact the trading standards office for where you bought the van give them all the details and ask them to help.
